KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience managing customer shipments, pricing and invoicing resolution.
- Experience working cross functionally with transportation, marketing, sales, operations and finance to resolve and achieve on time in full delivery requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with sales and broker management.

- Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.
- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones, and utilize a variety of office equipment. Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. and reach overhead.
- Domestic travel required. Approx 10% for mandatory VMI training in Bentonville, AR as needed.
