  • Overview

    Will work with all aspects of the Aseptic System to include trouble shooting.



          • Responsibility for operation of retort panel and system
          • Troubleshoot the pneumatic, steam pressure and electric control panel for minimum down time
          • Insuring temperature rate is above sterilization factors
          • Maintain high quality and production standards
          • Must practice good human relations
          • Follow company policies
          • Follow safety procedures
          • Other duties that are reasonably associated with the above essential functions of the job   
      • Off Season Requirements:
          • MUST be available to work as needed in all Plant locations without exception to include, Consumer Pack, Pre-Mix, Plant I, Plant II to include all IQF areas, Resort, Shelf-Stable, Tub & Cup, Puree, Special Projects (Room #1)



    Able to work any shift, any day of the week, to include weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.



          • Thorough knowledge of all Retort Systems - processing, sterilization, clean up, assembling, and disassembling of equipment
          • Must have ability to troubleshoot the pneumatic and electric control panel for minimum down time - if, for example, vacuum gauge reading does not correlate to the temperature settings
          • Reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
