  • Overview

    The production Consumer Pack Planning Associate will primarily perform data entry duties and assist with process order creation. A Consumer Pack Planning Associate will be required to meet daily customer requirements and best utilize the company’s productive capacity as well as managing inventory levels.


    • Perform day to day functions of process order creation (including data entry).
    • Researching lot numbers with understanding of BBE
    • Create and maintenance for bills of material.
    • Monitor plant and off-site warehouse inventory levels for replenishment.
    • Evaluate inventory that is out of grade for disposition determination
    • Monitor finished good inventory for weekly consumer pack supply planning.
    • Evaluate finished good inventory supply as it relates to the approval of sales orders.
    • Maintain batch job reports from SAP and BobJ as well as within Fileshare.
    • Assist in materials coordination.
    • Follow company safety and GMP rules.
    • Follow company policies.
    • Other duties that are reasonable associated with the above essential functions of the job.


    • Ability to interface with manufacturing personnel, the purchasing department and supervisors on material status and production planning issues.


    • Knowledge of SAP
    • PC compute experience (Microsoft Office)

    • B.S. Degree Preferred Or 1 to 2 years of experience in a production planning/materials controls function or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example, 3-5 years of broad manufacturing background).




    • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones, and utilize a variety of office equipment. Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. and reach overhead.
    • Must be able to climb stairs
    • Requires climbing, standing, stooping, twisting, lifting and other physical movements to perform job.
    • Will frequently be required to go out to the production floor for meetings and/or to confirm inventory levels.
