This new position is designed to support the company’s transformation into a purpose-led, consumer-driven organization. We’re looking for a boundary pushing, experienced marketing communications leader.
This role will drive the creation and implementation of key brand building frameworks across marketing platforms, activate consumer-facing programs to drive new business growth opportunities, and help strengthen the relationships and interactivity of brand-based marketing teams across Dole Packaged Foods worldwide. This role will also play a key role in helping to build our digital technology driving stronger collaboration, leveraging synergies, and evolving marketing platforms. It will also focus on improving engagement with consumers (rooted in deep insights) to excite them to purchase and repurchase our products.
This role works closely with global category innovation leaders, aligning on new product marketing strategy and delivering communications toolkits at launch.
