This temporary position will work with the International Transportation Analyst/Specialist to support day-to-day tracking, reporting, and SAP updates.
Responsibilities
Primary Accountabilities:
Shipments - Monitoring and Updating
Monitor emails for any changes to Dole shipments: drayman change, route change and update SAP as needed.
Support Intl. Analyst/Specialist on daily shipment tracking, reporting on issues and demurrage/detention, generating reports as needed.
Occasionally, if service type/route is incorrect then each shipment must be updated in SAP upon confirmation.
Run reports to monitor missing rates and update SAP to avoid missing accruals.
Warehouse Tracking Reports (Past Due/Volumes)
Run weekly reports for In-Transit for the major warehouses and report detail and distribute to warehouse, internal staff, and draymen.
Other Responsibilities
Support Intl. Transportation area, as needed.
Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:
Strong knowledge and comfortability with Excel
SAP experience is preferable
Basic understanding of logistics operations
Strong analytical ability

Education & Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Any supply chain education or qualification, such as APICS is preferred.
Language Fluency: English; other languages are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.
