The Scheduling Representative, will use their customer service skills to assist the over 500+ production employees at our Atwater facility, while following defined departmental processes. They must be able to multitask and provide quick responses to production staffing needs for associate recovery, replacement and to communicate schedules to associates. As issues may be unforeseen, the Scheduling Representative under the guidance of the Production Employee Scheduling Supervisor, must know how to shift resources and ensure that workers are utilized in the most effective manner.

• Thorough understanding and execution of SOP’s and associated policies and practice
• Provide exceptional customer service to all employees
• Accurately inform employees of work schedule, add, replace and cancel workers as needed
• Handle heavy phone and radio traffic
• Make attendance entries in Time and Attendance Software
• Accurate logging of all calls
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Filing
• Provide accurate and timely answers to employees’ questions
• Operate a golf cart in a safe manner
• Follow company policies
• Follow safety procedures
• Other duties that are reasonably associated with the above essential functions of the job

 Work Environment:

• Office work area within an Industrial Plant with noise and varying Temperatures

 Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb stairs
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Some repetitive motion – computer keyboard
• Requires climbing, standing, sitting, lifting and other physical movements to perform job

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred
• Bilingual (read, write and speak) – English, Spanish, or Hindi, depending on current needs of department
• Excellent customer service skills
• Analytical skills
• Proficient with Excel (Intermediate), Word and Outlook
• Time and Attendance Software Knowledge a plus
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to fairly and consistently perform tasks in compliance with departmental SOP’s
• Excellent attendance record
• Willing to work flexible work hours on an as needed basis to cover 7 day work week
