Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:
- 2-3 years of Administrative or human resources experience
- Hands on experience utilizing a variety of HR systems (Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Timekeeping, etc.)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
- Recruitment experience Preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English/French/Creole) Preferred
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Prior HR experience in a fast-paced organization
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills including the ability to effectively present facts and recommendations in oral and written form.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently, bilingual is a plus
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
Education & Certification:
- High School Diploma or higher
- Degree in HR or Business preferred not required
