The role requires collaboration with multiple functions, so a presence on-site is required a minimum of three days per week.

The role will also provide overall leadership in shopper marketing at key strategic customers and provide the team with direction for their category.   This role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our Westlake Village, CA office (2-3x/week).

Initially, the role will need to be in office 3-4 times per week.  (Hybrid is defined as 2 to 3 times per week in the office but may require more time in the office for this role).
